Job Description
The candidate will function as a Terminal High Altitude Air Defense (THAAD) Logistics Specialist out of United Arab Emirates (UAE). The candidate will assist the customer with Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation of parts and equipment. All parts will be THAAD specific Missile Defense parts. The candidate will be a member of a support team and will perform all duties under direct supervision and assist with the logistical efforts involving the THAAD UAE program. The candidate will support military movements to potentially hazardous zones, support all leads up events, and work overtime and nonstandard shifts, as necessary.

Responsibilities
- Performs packaging and handling to support repair and return of failed parts.
- Receives failed parts from Battery CLS Teams and issues replacement parts.
- Tracks inventory of ground component spare parts across multiple warehouses using the Repair Data logistics database system.
- Manage the Theater Authorized Stockage List (TASL) and PLL.
- Provides support to FSRs to ensure Repair Data functions (i.e. maintenance actions, configuration swaps, and requisition for parts) are carried out appropriately to ensure accurate accountability of parts.
- Ability to assist UAE with any parts needing to be ordered and tracked through Cooperative Logistics.
- Supply Support Agreements (CLSSA) or Simplified Non-Standard Acquisition Process (SNAP).
- Supports UAE supply technicians and provides inventory change updates to ensure inventory data in Air.
- Force & Air Defense Management Information Systems (AADMIS) are accurate.
- Coordinates with UAE supply technicians to order Ground Component GFE parts, submit tools for calibration, and facilitate movement of parts between sites and repair/return locations.
- Reconciliation of inventory discrepancies in PLL and TASL warehouses through monthly inventories to ensure 100% accountability of stock items.
- Provides weekly report on parts status, to include items awaiting shipment, in repair received, and zero balance, to CLS Manager.
Qualifications
- U.S citizenship.
- U.S. Passport.
- Must possess an active security clearance SECRET level or higher.
- Must pass a background check to include criminal and credit.
- Able to meet the requirements for residence in the United Arab Emirates.
- Ability to apply appropriate Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation standards.
Ability to manage and account for inventory.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with the THAAD or Patriot System(s).
- Knowledge or experience with U.S. Army Logistical Management System.
- Fluent in Arabic language (reading and writing).
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
