- Junior: $90,500 - $110,000
- Mid-Level: $110,000 - $145,000
- Senior: $145,000 - $180,000
You'll be hands-on in designing and delivering solutions that keep enterprise systems running at peak performance. In this role, you will:
- Research, design, develop, and enhance enterprise-wide applications and platforms
- Participate in planning and deploying major system updates and new capabilities
- Ensure all software meets compliance, quality, and security standards
- Evaluate how systems, software, and hardware integrate and interact
- Document testing, updates, fixes, and enhancements to ensure long-term stability
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years experience
- Proven ability to develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer/Workflow
- Experience building ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Familiarity working within Agile development environments
- Ability to support ITSM implementations and platform configuration
- Experience with custom application development
- Active Security+ certification
- Active TS/SCI clearance at start, with ability to obtain a CI Poly
- 5-7 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform development, delivering high-quality solutions in complex enterprise environments
- Proven expertise building and maintaining advanced platform components, including:
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- Script Includes
- UI Policies and UI Actions
- Flow Designer / Workflow automation
- Strong background developing robust integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
- Experience thriving in Agile teams, contributing to iterative delivery and continuous improvement
- Ability to support full lifecycle ITSM implementations, from configuration to deployment
- Demonstrated success building custom applications that extend and elevate the ServiceNow platform
