Job Duty Description
SkyBridge Tactical is seeking a Combat Dive / SOF Carry-on Hardware Program Support Specialist to support Naval Special Warfare Group EIGHT (NSWG-8) in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. This position provides direct program, technical, logistics, and documentation support for Combat Dive, Navy Service Common, and Special Operations Force (SOF) Carry-on Hardware (COH) programs. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Naval Special Warfare support, diving systems, configuration management, and technical documentation, along with the professionalism to operate effectively in a high-tempo mission environment.
In this role, the employee will maintain accurate inventories of Combat Dive, SOF COH, and Navy Service Common equipment and ensure all associated technical documentation remains current, organized, and readily accessible. This includes maintaining technical manuals, drawings, instructions, configuration management records, memorandums, certification letters, and other program documentation.
The employee will support the development and maintenance of Technical Data Packages (TDPs), manage approved equipment configuration records, and help ensure all changes, updates, and modifications are properly documented and coordinated. This position also supports annual reviews of approved equipment to verify cybersecurity compliance, ATO status, and milestone tracking.
The selected candidate will serve as a subject matter resource for host submarine SOF COH program support and assist with drafting and coordinating official correspondence, including dive waivers, requests for approval, diving assessments, system certifications, and configuration change requests. The role also includes maintaining program trackers, preserving historical files and records, and supporting classified administrative and security-related processes tied to the mission.
This is a hands-on support position requiring strong attention to detail, independent execution, and the ability to work across military and civilian stakeholders. Travel within the continental United States and outside the continental United States may be required in support of training, evaluations, working groups, and original equipment manufacturer events.
Required Skills / Experience
• Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance
• Valid state driver’s license
• Valid passport
• Navy Dive School certification (NEC M1DV or higher)
• Minimum of two (2) years of technical experience supporting Naval Special Warfare or equivalent TYCOM operations
• Experience with inventory management concepts, practices, and procedures
• Experience supporting SOF diving operations, including Dry Combat Submersible (DCS), Dry Deck Shelter (DDS), Lockout Trunk (LOT), and Lockout Chamber (LOC) operations aboard SSN and SSGN submarines
• Working knowledge of the NAVSEA/NOSSA Navy Lithium Battery Safety Program
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prepare correspondence in military format
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to communicate professionally and tactfully with military and civilian personnel
• Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS, as required
