<br><br>> Microsoft 365 Engineer<br><br>Fuse Engineering LLC<br><br>Microsoft 365 Engineer<br><br>Description<br><br>• Stay abreast of all new features, capabilities, and updates within Microsoft 365 (M365) and Azure platforms.<br>• Assist in developing and executing rollout plans for new M365 features and services, ensuring smooth adoption across the organization.<br>• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to assess current on-premises services and develop migration strategies to M365 and Azure.<br>• Lead the implementation and configuration of M365 and Azure cloud services, adhering to best practices and security standards.<br>• Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to M365 and Azure cloud environments.<br>• Monitor performance, availability, and reliability of M365 and Azure services, implementing proactive measures for continual service improvement.<br>• Ensure compliance with data security and governance policies in M365 and Azure environments.<br>• Collaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve complex technical issues and enhance service delivery.<br>• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to cloud computing and M365, recommending enhancements or optimizations. <br><br>Requirements<br><br><strong>Top Secret/SCI w/ Polygraph Clearance Required</strong><br><br><ul><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Experience with migrating on-premises services to M365 and Azure, including identity management and integration</li><li>Proficiency in scripting languages (eg, PowerShell) for automation and configuration management tasks</li><li>Proven experience as an M365 Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or similar role, with a focus on M365 and Azure cloud environments</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex storage issues</li><li>Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices</li><li>Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 (M365) and Azure platforms, including identity management, authentication mechanisms, and security controls </li></ul><br>Security+ Certification Required<br><br><em>Powered by </em><br>
