Job Description

Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.

Summary:
• Lead program coordination and agile sprint execution for advanced hardware/software development initiatives.
• Oversee all phases of sprint management, including planning, execution, and retrospectives.
• Own and run sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives across 4 parallel workstreams covering 400G MACsec/IPsec prototyping, software/architecture development, test infrastructure, and PCB/mechanical development.
• Facilitate seamless coordination of dependencies among cross-functional engineering teams, including software, FPGA/PL, hardware, and test engineers.
• Proactively manage vendor relationships and drive comprehensive risk management strategies.
• Leverage deep expertise in hardware/software co-development practices and agile methodologies.

Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 15+ years
• Salary: $329k+ yearly compensation

Job Description:
• Direct program management activities for the development of complex hardware/software encryption devices.
• Implement and manage agile/Scrum processes for sprint planning, execution, and retrospective analysis.
• Track and report on development progress across FPGA design, embedded systems, hardware engineering, and validation efforts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including electrical engineering, software architecture, software development, software testing, and integration & test (I&T) personnel to resolve dependencies.
• Manage external vendor dependencies to ensure timely delivery and integration of components.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, ensuring project continuity and success.
• Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of agile execution within co-development environments.
• Apply expertise in systems engineering principles to guide hardware/software integration and testing.
• Facilitate effective communication and and collaboration among all project stakeholders.
