SABG is hiring a Senior Analyst to support highly technical mission engineering, advanced
technology development, and science & technology integration efforts with the Office of the
Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering (USW(R&E)) in Arlington, Virginia.
This role supports the Department of War’s efforts to maintain technological superiority by
accelerating innovation, integrating science and technology, and rapidly developing and fielding
advanced warfighting capabilities. The position contributes to addressing complex operational
challenges through mission engineering, prototyping, experimentation, and data-driven analysis
in support of national security priorities.
JOB TITLE: Senior Analyst
CLEARANCE: Active TS/SCI security clearance (Required for SAP access)
LOCATION: Arlington, Virginia
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Reasonable accommodations may be

Special Access Program (SAP) Leadership:
• Manage the lifecycle of complex SAP projects, ensuring all technology applications align
with customer requirements and security mandates.
• Provide leadership in the demonstration and analysis of high-level technical capabilities.
• Research and integrate emerging technologies that support and enhance SAP security
processes.
Technical Evaluation & Assessment:
• Execute comprehensive analysis, assessment, and testing of technical capabilities for the
Department of War.
• Support the experimentation of SAP capabilities to determine operational feasibility and
mission effectiveness.
• Develop evidence-based reports to support force modernization decisions.
Strategic Project Management:
• Oversight of project timelines, resources, and deliverables for prototype development
programs.
• Facilitate collaboration between multicomponent stakeholders to drive experimental success.
• Lead business process reviews to optimize the delivery of technical capabilities in contested
environments.
,SUPERVISION: This position may have supervisory responsibilities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a Master’s degree in a related technical or
professional field.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering or Physical
Sciences.
• 15+ years of experience managing Special Access Programs (SAP) or highly classified
technical projects.
• 10 years of experience executing the analysis, assessment, testing, and experimentation of
technical capabilities.
• 10 years of experience specifically assessing and demonstrating SAP-related technologies.
• 8 years of experience researching and integrating technologies into SAP security processes.
• 5 years of experience in the analysis and demonstration of technical capabilities.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
• Skills in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment
• Must have proficiency in a variety of computer software applications in word processing,
spreadsheets, and database (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
