Job Description
Job Title: Site Security Manager
Salary: $148,300.00/year (maximum)
Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI
Location: Maui, HI
Required Skills & Experience
· Must have TS/SCI clearance and be willing/able to obtain CI polygraph.
· Education:
§ Bachelor's degree (preferred; counts as 4 years of experience).
§ Associate's degree (counts as 2 years of experience).
· Experience:
§ 3+ years of related experience.
§ 1 year for each SPeD certification (maximum 3 years for all certifications).
· Complete additional safety training/certification within the first 90 days (e.g., OSHA 30 Construction Safety, OSHA Fall Protection, OSHA Confined Space).
· Obtain CDSE STEPP ICD 705 Physical Security Construction Requirements for SAP course completion within the first 30 days.
· Pass a Site Security Manager Certification course within the first 12 months.
· Ability to lift up to 40 lbs to examine product deliveries.
· Ability to walk long distances and navigate stairs.

· Responsible for ensuring facilities are designed and built with security in mind.
· Support projects through planning, design, and construction phases.
· Translate security policies into practical solutions while meeting regulatory and accreditation standards.
· Work closely with various stakeholders: Planners, Project Managers, Design Managers, Designers, and Construction Managers to understand project needs.
