Position: CI Poly Test Engineer level IV
Company: CNF Technologies Corporation
Location: Fort George Meade, MD
Duration: Direct Hire/Perm FTE
Working Hours: M-F, 8-5 - 100% ONSITE
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• TS/SCI with CI Poly
• Bachelors or additional years of experience
• Strong experience with Python scripting
• 7+15 years of experience in software testing, QA and test & evaluation (Specifically in automation)
• Strong understanding of secure software testing practices and cybersecurity principles
• Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar frameworks
• Knowledge and Experience with RMF, NIST frameworks
• Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools

Insight Global is looking for a CI Poly Test Engineer in Fort Meade.
This individual will be responsible for planning, executing, and documenting software testing activities to ensure systems meet technical, functional, performance, and cybersecurity requirements. The role supports mission-critical software systems and works closely with developers, system engineers, and stakeholders to integrate testing throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test procedures for software systems
• Perform functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing
• Analyze test results, identify defects or vulnerabilities, and track issues through resolution
• Ensure requirements traceability from system requirements to test cases
• Document and report testing results, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders
• Support verification, validation, and acceptance testing activities
• Collaborate with software developers and system engineers in Agile / DevSecOps environments
• Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity and software assurance standards
