Job Description
• Company: Northrop Grumman
• Position: Regression Test Engineer
• Location: 9975 Federal Drive in CoSpgs or 1200 Redstone Gateway in Huntsville, AL
• Duration: long term, ongoing contract – we are a direct sub to the C2BMC program
• Clearance: Secret, will hold TS if you already have it
• Program – C2BMC
"Essential Functions:
• Technical knowledge of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Missile Defense System (MDS), including sensors, shooters, command and control systems, and networks
• Prior integration and testing experience within the Command and Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) program
Basic Qualifications:
Please list your current security clearance and IAT or relevant certifications on your resume, if applicable.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in STEM Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field from an accredited university, along with 8 years of experience; or a Master’s degree in a STEM-related field with 6 years of relevant work experience; or 12 years of relevant work experience may be considered as an alternative to a degree
• Applicants must have a current, active DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher (such as Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+, CND, etc.) at the time of application, which is required to start. The candidate is responsible for maintaining their DoD 8140 certification throughout the entire contract period
• Applicants must have a current, active in-scope DoD-issued Secret security clearance at the time of application, which is required to start
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including creating and managing capabilities, features, and PRs
Domain expertise in one or more of these areas:
• Linux, and/or Windows
• Self-starter with strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment with the Government customer, as well as internal and external personnel in the program
• Basic troubleshooting skills and an ability to understand the hardware and software components operating in a widely distributed virtual environment
• Ability to conduct complex troubleshooting by analyzing application and system logs, network configurations, and interface documentation"
