With Bachelor's degree and more than ten years - 150k-175k

Apply STEM expertise to understand how adversary systems actually work. Join a mission-focused team delivering advanced technical intelligence that characterizes air and ballistic threats and drives critical national security decisions.
Responsibilities
Apply principles of physics, chemistry, materials science, and electrical engineering to analyze observable system characteristics
Characterize air and ballistic systems across spectral, thermal, RF, and material domains
Translate raw phenomenological observations into technical intelligence insights
Support non-literal GEOINT and MASINT efforts across air and ballistic mission sets
Identify patterns, anomalies, and indicators in adversary system testing and operations
Contribute to target development and capability assessments
Produce technical intelligence reports, briefings, and analytic products
Communicate complex STEM-based findings to both technical and operational audiences

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a STEM field such as: Physics, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Geology, Chemistry, Materials Science, Applied Mathematics

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret complex data and translate into actionable insights
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with: Phenomenology, MASINT, spectral, thermal, or RF analysis
Experience analyzing: Air (e.g., low observable aircraft, UAVs), ballistic, or missile systems
Background in: Test range analysis, signature analysis, or modeling
Familiarity with: Non-literal GEOINT or sensor data exploitation
Experience supporting NASIC, NGA, DIA, or IC technical missions
