Training Course Instructor - Technical PROFORMA

Tensley Consulting is seeking a Training Course Developer-Instructor (Technical PROFORMA) to support the development and delivery of specialized training focused on technical PROFORMA signals analysis (PSA). This role is responsible for designing and instructing course content centered on the analysis of machine-generated, formatted data communications across a wide range of systems, including military C4ISR, as well as civil, industrial, commercial, and personal applications. The Developer-Instructor will translate complex PSA concepts into structured training material, support mission-aligned instruction, and ensure course content remains accurate, relevant, and effective for Intelligence Community (IC) stakeholders.

Education / Experience

Two (2) or more years of experience in technical instruction and/or curriculum development (military, academic, industry classroom, or OJT instruction) is required.

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, or related field) from an accredited college or university plus four (4) years of technical PROFORMA / PSA experience within the last ten (10) years.

Four (4) additional years of technical PSA experience (total of eight (8) years) may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Salary

$100,000-$140,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position, but is not guaranteed. Salary is based on experience, location, clearance level, and contractual requirements which could fall outside of the range listed.
