Summary:
• Design, develop, and maintain robust database solutions, leveraging Oracle PL/SQL and web technologies.
• Lead data migration activities, optimize database performance, and ensure data integrity and system security.
• Execute comprehensive software development lifecycle activities, including testing, debugging, and formal change management.
• Apply Agile methodologies and modern development tools in a dynamic environment.
• Provide technical leadership in solution design and team guidance.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 7+ years
• Salary: $282k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Design, develop, and implement complex database solutions, primarily utilizing Oracle PL/SQL.
• Engineer and maintain web-based interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful Web Services.
• Conduct comprehensive software development, including software testing, debugging, and dataflow management.
• Optimize database performance, manage data migration, and ensure data integrity and system security.
• Administer Unix/Linux systems, including Bash shell scripting, to support application environments.
• Implement and manage software configuration management, including Git and DevOps principles for continuous integration/delivery.
• Leverage Oracle REST Data Services and Apache Tomcat for application deployment and management.
• Utilize scripting languages such as Perl and Python for automation and development tasks.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Lead technical teams, mentor junior engineers, and drive software architecture efforts.
• Develop and maintain professional technical documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
