ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics LLC is seeking a Program Assistant on-site to support an ATF (Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms) contract in Washington DC.

ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics LLC is seeking a Program Assistant on-site to support an ATF (Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms) contract in Washington DC.
Work Location: Washington DC
Responsibilities:
- Processes Freedom of Information Act/Privacy Act requests;
- Organizes, bookmarks, and assigns competed investigations;
- Serves as the primary point of contact for any outside agency including Federal, state and local enforcement requesting a background investigation previously completed by ATF;
- Documents receipt of prior background investigations received from other agencies;
- Updates various databases as necessary;
- Scans and copies personnel security records;
- Assigns cases to Specialists in multiple databases;
- Completes in-house file requests;
- Prepares Background Investigation Requests sent via OPM and Verifications;
- Completes HR Suitability referral packages;
- Updates multiple databases;
- Maintains Excel Spreadsheets;
- Submits file requests to Federal Records Center;
- Verifies accurate data in multiple databases; and
- Performs other duties on-site as required within the scope of this position.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Excellent time management and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Good customer/client handling skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- US Citizen and ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in office environment
