Job Description
This is a multidiscipline security position supporting the Dayton Facility Security Officer (FSO) and the Director, Corporate Special Program. This position will interface with all Radiance Technologies personnel, including executive leadership, senior management and government personnel to ensure contract security compliance with 32 CFR Part 117, National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoDM 5205.07, DoDM 5105.21, ICD 705, and other DoD manuals.

Job Responsibilities:
- Supports all Dayton activities and responsibilities in 32 CFR Part 117, SCI, SAP and customer compliance.
- Perform as "Acting" FSO in the absence of the Dayton FSO.
- Assists Dayton FSO with annual security self-inspections and support DCSA Security Vulnerability Assessments (Inspections) and/or Continuous Monitoring Engagements.
- Conduct annual security self-inspections and support SCI and SAP security compliance inspections.
- Manages the document control accountability process in accordance with the 32 CFR Part 117, DoD, and other applicable regulations and directives (SAP & SCI document control) which govern receiving, inventory, safeguarding, marking, transportation, and destruction of classified information.
- Support the Dayton FSO and Corporate/Huntsville Security Office with access control systems (ACS), intrusion detection systems (IDS), and physical security operations for the Dayton facility, including responding to after-hours alarm activations or failures and assisting with UL certification requirements. Assist in the management of DISS to include visit requests, personnel security inquiries, SEAD 3 reporting and eAPP initiations.
- Oversees classified visitor and meeting activities.
- Assists in Security Education and Awareness (SETA) development, initiatives, and presentations.
- Assist staff with completion and submittal of SF86s, SCI and SAP nominations.
- Assist staff with CAC requests and acquisitions for multiple customers.
- Maintains all records in compliance the 32 CRF part 117 - National Industrial Security Manual (NISPOM Rule) in the government's system of record as well as Radiance's designated system of record.
- Liaison with customer and subcontractor security offices on security issues.
- Stay apprised of new regulations and security developments by participating in security community events.

- Must be able to analyze problems and establish goals to complete objectives set forth by management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail.
Required Experience:
- 3 - 5 years of DoD Industrial security experience
- Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
- Knowledge of the 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM, DoDM 520.07, DoDM 5105.21 and other DoD Security Directives.
- Thorough understanding of security databases such as DISS, NISS, and eAPP
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of CSSO/CPSO responsibilities
- Knowledge of Sign In Solutions software
- Knowledge of NASIC security processes
- Experience with management of DD Form 254s
- Experience working with ICD 705
- Knowledge and familiarity of using the JADE database for completion of SAP nomination packages
