We’re looking for a Systems Engineer to support a wide range of technical and operational needs. In this role, you’ll help plan and manage Agile sprints, translate mission requirements into technical tasks, and coordinate across teams to keep projects on track. You’ll work with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, support network and system security, and help maintain reliable, secure operations. The job includes hands-on work with virtualization, DevOps pipelines, data management, and mobile systems that support real-world missions. Key Responsibilities


In this challenging yet rewarding role, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You must have experience with the following responsibilities:

  Lead Agile teams through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and governance coordination


• 
  Translate mission requirements into actionable user stories and technical deliverables


• 
  Coordinate across technical teams to manage dependencies, risks, and reporting


• 
  Support strategic planning and stakeholder engagement across high-tempo environments


• 
  Design and manage hybrid-cloud environments using AWS, Azure, and virtualization platforms


• 
  Deploy and maintain VDI, hypervisors, and containerized services for secure operations


• 
  Implement DevOps pipelines and monitor infrastructure performance across cloud systems


• 
  Harden and troubleshoot cloud-based systems for mission-critical uptime


• 
  Configure and maintain LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and routing protocols across secure networks


• 
  Support beaconing, ATAK, and mobile tracking systems for operational readiness


• 
  Design secure network architectures integrating COTS/GOTS and custom solutions


• 
  Monitor network performance and respond to outages with real-time support


• 
  Build and manage ETL pipelines for structured and unstructured data ingestion


• 
  Model, tag, and enrich data for analytics and mission applications


• 
  Develop metrics dashboards and triage tools to support data exploitation


• 
  Implement data governance and lifecycle management across enterprise systems


• 
  Develop full-stack applications using modern frameworks and RESTful APIs


• 
  Automate workflows using Python, PowerShell, Bash, and CI/CD tools


• 
  Maintain version control and deployment pipelines with Git, Jenkins, and Confluence


• 
  Support DevOps environments for continuous delivery and secure integration


• 
  Lead A&A and RMF processes for secure system deployment and compliance


• 
  Implement PKI, multi-factor authentication, and insider threat mitigation strategies


• 
  Apply FISMA controls and manage POAMs across cloud and on-prem systems


• 
  Harden mobile and endpoint devices against malware, tracking, and forensic threats


• 
  Build Android/iOS apps using React Native, Electron, and secure mobile frameworks


• 
  Integrate GIS tools and ATAK for geospatial mission support


• 
  Manage mobile hardware/software and beaconing systems for field operations


• 
  Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to align mobile capabilities with mission needs


• 
  Design and implement enterprise systems integrating COTS, GOTS, and Open Source tools


• 
  Analyze requirements and develop CONOPS, architecture, and lifecycle documentation


• 
  Coordinate across teams to manage system dependencies and technical risks


• 
  Support secure deployment and operational readiness of mission systems


• 
  Develop and implement knowledge management frameworks, SOPs, and training plans to support enterprise collaboration


• 
  Organize and tag structured and unstructured data for logical storage, retrieval, and compliance


• 
  Lead requirements gathering and configuration of KM/IM tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, and custom applications


• 
  Design user-friendly web interfaces and document repositories to support internal and external information sharing


• 
  Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable documentation for technical and non-technical audiences


• 
  Create and maintain SOPs, user guides, CONOPS, and system architecture diagrams


• 
  Deliver executive-level briefings and stakeholder updates aligned with program milestones and mission priorities


• 
  Use tools like PowerPoint, Visio, and Jira to track, present, and communicate technical progress


• 
  Provide technical support and training to diverse user bases across secure and unclassified environments


• 
  Develop and deliver training plans, user documentation, and onboarding materials for new systems and tools


• 
  Support 24/7 operational readiness through on-call coverage, incident response, and cross-skilling


• 
  Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure systems, devices, and applications are fully mission-ready and compliant
