Job Description
Seeking a senior Enterprise Systems Architect to serve as the single architectural authority for a highly classified DoD/NRO program. This role owns enterprise design, modernization, integration, and governance across IT infrastructure, cloud, identity, and security domains.
Required Qualifications
-Active TS/SCI with CI Poly
-Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Engineering, or related field
-10+ years in systems engineering / enterprise architecture (DoD or IC)
-Experience designing large‑scale enterprise environments including:
-Citrix & Azure VDI
-Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange
-NetApp storage
-Windows Server & RHEL
-Unified Communications / VoIP
-Strong automation & IaC experience (Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD, config management)
-Deep knowledge of RMF, NIST 800‑53, STIGs, DoDAF, Zero Trust
-Ability to brief and influence senior government stakeholders
Responsibilities
-Act as sole enterprise architect for the program
-Define and govern architecture standards and technical direction
-Design secure architectures across on‑prem, cloud, hybrid, and classified environments
-Lead modernization and automation initiatives
-Ensure cybersecurity and RMF compliance
-Produce architecture diagrams, data flows, and technical roadmaps
-Partner with government leadership, cyber, engineering, and operations teams
Plusses
Certifications: CISSP, Security+, AWS/Azure Architect, Citrix, NetApp, RHEL, TOGAF
Experience supporting SIPR / JWICS
Background on major DoD or IC programs
