ASRC Federal Technology Solutions is looking for a Dept. of Defense cleared Program Analyst to join our team at the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City, Mexico. This positions will p rovide administrative, logistical, and coordination execution support to enable SOF-supported security cooperation activities with MEXMIL under Title 10 authorities.

ASRC Federal Technology Solutions is looking for a Dept. of Defense cleared Program Analyst to join our team at the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City, Mexico. This positions will p rovide administrative, logistical, and coordination execution support to enable SOF-supported security cooperation activities with MEXMIL under Title 10 authorities.
The selected candidate's responsibilities will include the following:
- Support planning and coordination of SOF-enabled engagements, including security cooperation events, Key Leader Engagements (KLEs), and advisory activities, as directed by U.S. Government personnel.
- Conduct and track personnel vetting and eligibility actions, including biometric enrollment, Leahy vetting, DoD enhanced vetting, and Visitor Access Requests (VARs), under government supervision.
- Prepare, staff, and track Diplomatic Notes, Oficios, and official correspondence supporting SOCFWD and SOCNORTH activities.
- Coordinate lodging, transportation, and travel documentation for U.S. personnel, including preparation and tracking of Invitational Travel Orders (ITOs) and Terms of Reference (TORs).
- Maintain execution trackers and records for SOF security cooperation activities, including training, advising, and partner engagements.
- Coordinate with MILGP Mexico, U.S. Embassy Country Team, USNORTHCOM, SOCNORTH, DSCA, and other U.S. Government stakeholders to synchronize activities and reporting requirements.
- Perform administrative and logistical actions required to ensure timely execution of SOF-enabled activities supporting MEXMIL counter-cartel and border security operations
Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:
- 6+ years' experience in administrative or operational support, within a DoW or Special Operations command.
- Must have an active and current United States Government (USG) DoD Secret security clearance or higher. Candidates without a minimum of a Secret clearance will not be considered.
- Experience includes processing official correspondence (e.g., Diplomatic Notes), invitational travel orders (ITOs), and personnel vetting requests.
- Familiarity with U.S. Embassy and Country Team operations.
- Requires strong organizational and communication skills for coordinating with SOF personnel and embassy staff.
- Security experience.
- A Bachelor of Science from an accredited institution or 9+ years of relevant work experience.
- Spanish language proficiency required.
