ASRC Federal Technical Solutions LLC is looking for a Secret or higher cleared Budget Analyst to join our team at the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City, MX. This position offers essential administrative and financial execution support for planning, coordinating, and delivering security cooperation training and engagement activities with MEXMIL under Title 10 authorities.

ASRC Federal Technical Solutions LLC is looking for a Secret or higher cleared Budget Analyst to join our team at the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City, MX. This position offers essential administrative and financial execution support for planning, coordinating, and delivering security cooperation training and engagement activities with MEXMIL under Title 10 authorities.
The selected candidate's responsibilities will include the following:
- Provides administrative and financial execution support required to plan, coordinate, and deliver security cooperation training and engagement activities with MEXMIL under Title 10 authorities.
- Process travel and administrative actions in E2 Solutions, DTS, APACS, and other applicable systems in accordance with established policies.
- Develop travel cost estimates and execute approved payments for U.S. personnel and MEXMIL participants; coordinate TDY travel to and from Mexico.
- Process post-travel reconciliations and vouchers and resolve discrepancies in coordination with travelers and approving officials.
- Manage vendor invoices, coordinate payments, and track financial transactions associated with training and operational support.
- Maintain budget execution trackers and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with USNORTHCOM J4, J5, and J8 stakeholders on financial execution related to personnel, travel, and equipment support.
- Review DTS authorizations and vouchers for accuracy and compliance with administrative and fiscal policy.
- Support MILGP Mexico, DSCA, and USNORTHCOM reporting requirements related to financial execution.
- This position provides administrative and budget tracking support only and does not certify funds, obligate resources, or independently coordinate with implementing agencies.
- 5+ years' experience in DoD financial management or budget analysis.
- Must have an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance or higher. Candidates without a minimum of an active Secret clearance will not be considered.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or 4 additional years of relevant professional experience
- Spanish language proficiency required.
- Proven ability to manage budget execution, process travel vouchers, and reconcile accounts.
- Requires strong organizational skills and experience coordinating with multiple DoD entities to support TDY personnel and assist managing vendor payments.
- Desired experience includes processing actions in government travel and financial systems (e.g., DTS, E2 Solutions, APACS, etc.).
