Applications Developer (Full Stack Developer - Senior)

REQUIRED: Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph

The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience building modern web applications using Angular, React, or JavaScript, paired with a solid understanding of UI/UX fundamentals and object‑oriented programming in Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.

Key Responsibilities

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You must have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with:

The ideal Senior-Level candidate will have a blend of at least three of the following skillsets:

• Agile team and software development methodologies.
• Minimum 4-6 years building web applications using Angular, React or JavaScript with specific examples. Java Spring framework is a plus.
• Solid understanding around UI/UX fundamentals.
• Minimum 2-4 years of work experience using a Linux Operating system.
• Minimum 2-4 years of demonstrated experience with development and deployment of applications in cloud services; such as: AWS, C2S, Azure, Oracle Cloud.
• Minimum 2-3 years of demonstrated ability to design, develop, test and implement new applications based on project requirements.
• Ability to work individually as well as the ability to work in project teams. Proven ability in decomposing concepts to discrete development tasks and managing your work to a deadline.
• Familiarity of microservices up to include: Docker, Podman, and or containerization services.
• Minimum 3-4 years of demonstrated experience using coding language: Java, Python, JavaScript, CSharp. Python preferred. Other areas of object orientated programming will be considered.

EDUCATION or EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE
Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of eight (8) years of experience, or 11 years of experience without a degree.

Highly Desired Qualifications

Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include:

• Fundamental understanding around text analytics and its applications/role/use in business intelligence/business analytics (i.e. search, entity extraction, sentiment analysis, document summarization, document categorization) whether through education or experience.
• Developing proof of concepts of new technologies and evaluating the state of the art in machine learning algorithms for text analytics whether through education or experience.
• Fundamental understanding around machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, Keras, Tensorflow whether through education or experience is a plus.
• Fundamental understanding of data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, Pandas, D3.js, ggplot, etc) whether through education or experience.
• Relational or Non-Relational data stores such as MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, or DynamoDB whether through education or experience.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and GitHub for documenting work is a plus.
