Job Description
The Red Gate Group is seeking a Senior SAP Analyst to support a non-personal services contract providing Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) Engineering and Technical Support (RETS) to the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering (USW(R&E)). In this role, the selected candidate will contribute to advancing the Department of War's research, engineering, and technology innovation priorities by supporting key initiatives across science and technology, mission capabilities, and commercial technology integration. This effort supports senior leadership in driving cutting-edge research, prototyping, experimentation, and technology transition to maintain a strategic advantage for the joint force.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Special Access Program (SAP) projects, ensuring successful execution of technical and operational objectives.
- Oversee and coordinate technology applications supporting SAP initiatives, ensuring alignment with program requirements.
- Conduct and support analysis, assessment, demonstration, testing, and experimentation of technical capabilities.
- Drive integration and evaluation of SAP-related technologies to enhance program performance and effectiveness.
- Research and implement technologies that strengthen SAP security processes and ensure mission assurance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet operational and security requirements.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or a related field.
- MBA or Master's degree in a related discipline.
- Fifteen (15) years of experience managing SAP projects.
- Five (5) years of experience in the analysis and demonstration of technical capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience managing technology applications related to SAP projects.
- Ten (10) years of experience conducting analysis, assessment, demonstration, testing, and/or experimentation of technical capabilities.
- Ten (10) years of experience supporting SAP capabilities and technologies through analysis, assessment, demonstration, testing, and/or experimentation.
- Eight (8) years of experience researching and integrating technologies that support SAP security processes.
