Customer Service Advocate: Public Release: Resume and Prepub

Ft. Meade, MD (on-site)

TS/SCI w/ FS Poly

Position Summary: The CSA is primarily responsible for communication and front, middle and back-end processing of Resume and Prepub Requests.

Essential Duties:

  • Provide processing status updates to requesters when requested.


  • Process unclassified mail.


  • Assign a tracking number based on one-up listing


  • The number of resumes reviewed per year is estimated at I0,000 per year. The number of pre-publication reviews per year is estimated at 1,000 per year.


  • Provide status updates to public release review requesters.


  • Track public release review status to completion


  • Provide metrics of public release review requests/reviewed monthly.


  • Document and manage queues (log in system, assign case number, categorize etc.) for Pre-Publication and Resume Review requests.


  • Provide initial review of material submitted for review to ensure that all required information and approvals are included in accordance with SPP procedures;


  • Issue standard receipts to submitters confirming receipt of submission of review.


  • Perform database entry/query for status on pre-pub/resume review requests.


  • Respond to telephone and email queries; and


  • Provide standard final responses to submitters at the direction of government reviewers.


  • Reviews shall be completed with at least a 90% accuracy rate in accordance with the classification and declassification guides and pre-pub and resume review SOPs.


Requirements: Active Top Secret SCI clearance with FS Polygraph

Qualifications:

0-2 years performing the duties of the position: Level A

2-4 years performing the duties of the position: Level B

4+ years preforming the duties of the position: Level C

Education: High School Diploma

Attention to detail is also mandatory for this position. Interaction with other components requires a friendly, can-do attitude
