Job Description
Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ CI Polygraph to be considered. This is a future position anticipated for May 2026.
Summary:
• Develop and maintain complex technical software systems throughout the full software development life cycle.
• Analyze system requirements, conduct comprehensive software testing, and produce essential technical documentation.
• Utilize a robust set of technologies including Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Spring, Hibernate, and JQuery.
• Implement modern DevOps practices, leveraging tools like Jenkins/Hudson and Maven for continuous integration and deployment.
• Manage project collaboration and configuration using JIRA, Confluence, and Subversion.
• Design and implement Web Services while providing critical dataflow support for integrated systems.

• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Salary: $194k+ yearly compensation, pending final rate confirmation
Job Description:
• Lead the full life cycle software development for complex technical systems.
• Conduct detailed requirements analysis to define system specifications.
• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Spring, Hibernate, and JQuery.
• Implement and manage software testing procedures to ensure system quality and performance.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation and communications for software systems.
• Apply DevOps methodologies, utilizing Jenkins/Hudson and Maven for build automation and continuous integration.
• Manage software configuration and team collaboration using Subversion, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Develop and integrate Web Services, ensuring efficient dataflow between system components.
A successful candidate will have experience in:
Software Development Methodologies: Experience with both traditional and modern methodologies and practices.
Object-Oriented Programming (OOP): Proficiency in modern OOP techniques using state-of-the-art tools.
Full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Skills in planning, designing, developing, testing, installation, and maintenance of complex technical software systems.
Data Processing: Ability to support complex data processing requirements within software systems.
Documentation & Training: Producing technical and user documentation, as well as providing user training and system orientation.
Verification & Validation (V&V): Providing independent analysis, verification, and validation of systems software.
Demonstrated experience and expertise in the following areas:
