Title: COMSEC Administrator III


Location: Alexandria, VA


Clearance: TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph

Job Details:

• Responsible for the custody and accountability of centrally and locally accountable COMSEC material


• Responsible for acquisition, control, and distribution of all classified COMSEC material associated with COMSEC account


• Performs other duties as described in regulatory documents


• Guide users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies


• Advise upper management on the changes and new developments in the security accountability, physical security, standard operating procedures and policies regarding COMSEC security and materials


• Serves as advisor to clients in assigned subject areas, recommends functional changes, and identifies areas for further investigation


• Generates recommendations in the form of briefings, reports, and other major documents provided to senior level client personnel

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institute in an area applicable to the position; an additional 4 years of experience be substituted in lieu of a degree


• Minimum four (6) years of directly related COMSEC experience in addition to education level


• KMI certification or equivalent (i.e. other crypto management training/certification)


• Experience working in a DoD or IC environment desired


• Current active TS/SCI clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
