Senior Business Analyst - Organization Development - Functional Role
Location: NGA Washington (Springfield, VA)
Clearance: Active TS/SCI
Position Overview
The Senior Business Analyst provides subject matter expertise supporting the development and sustainment of NGA’s GEOINT certification program. The role focuses on assessment development, certification design, and ensuring compliance with industry accreditation standards.
Required Skills
- Expertise in workforce assessment, certification design, and psychometric analysis
- Ability to develop and validate certification examinations and training assessments
- Experience supporting accreditation standards and professional credentialing programs
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills
Experience
- Minimum 36 months experience developing and maintaining certification programs aligned with accreditation bodies
- Minimum 36 months experience designing legally defensible assessment tools and conducting subject matter expert workshops
- Experience supporting workforce testing, evaluation, or assessment frameworks
Education
- Master’s Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology
