Program Manager

Duties

• Direct, coordinate and oversee multidisciplinary teams in the planning, design, and construction execution of assigned military programs projects
• Managing and communicating quality, scope, and budget of all projects.
• Managing and providing updates in P2 and other information systems for project milestones and activities
• Coordinate and lead higher level presentations and briefings as needed for the program.
• Representing the organization in meetings and conferences to present and support projects and the program.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Managing project milestones, quality, and budget from initiation through construction and initial operations; 2) Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and customer/customer requirements and communicating project progress, issues, risks, and impacts; AND 3) Experience measuring and monitoring progress and allocating project funds to team members and contractors.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
