Job Summary
Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a highly capable, strategic, and proactive professional to serve as a Senior Stakeholder Engagement Lead. This role directly supports senior leadership in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, ensuring effective coordination and engagement across a diverse portfolio of internal and external stakeholders within complex government programs.
The Senior Stakeholder Engagement Lead will design and execute comprehensive engagement strategies, leveraging data-driven tools and business intelligence to conduct stakeholder mapping, profiling, and prioritization. This role is critical in aligning stakeholder interests with organizational objectives by facilitating clear communication, managing expectations, and cultivating trusted relationships across federal, state, local, and private sector partners.
Key responsibilities include leading meetings and workshops, supporting user adoption during organizational change initiatives, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks that could impact program success. The ideal candidate brings strong strategic acumen, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to operate effectively in dynamic, high-visibility environments.

Key Responsibilities
The Senior Stakeholder Engagement Lead will:
- Develop and implement comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies, including mapping, relationship management, and communication frameworks aligned to mission and organizational objectives
- Build, manage, and sustain strategic relationships with senior-level stakeholders across federal, state, local, and private sector organizations
- Plan and lead stakeholder meetings, workshops, and collaborative sessions to drive alignment, surface risks, and ensure stakeholders are informed, consulted, and actively engaged
- Support organizational change initiatives by driving user adoption and proactively managing stakeholder expectations throughout transitions
- Utilize business intelligence tools and data-driven insights to analyze, prioritize, and optimize stakeholder engagement efforts
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that may impact stakeholder alignment or overall program success
Requirements
Skills and Experience
The Senior Stakeholder Engagement Lead must have:
- Active TS/SCI clearance (required)
- 5+ years of consulting or relevant experience supporting government, DoD, or similarly complex organizational environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, classified networks (SIPR/JWICS), and electronic document/records management systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, relationship management, and risk mitigation capabilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion while maintaining a high level of professionalism
Education and Certifications
The Senior Stakeholder Engagement Lead must have the following:
