The Opportunity:

As a CACI HUMINT Targeting Analyst (OSINT Focused), you will assume a critical role in delivering human intelligence (HUMINT) analysis to support special operations units. You will utilize advanced Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) and Intelligence Community (IC) tools to provide comprehensive solutions to complex problems. Your position will involve close collaboration with partners in a dynamic, partnered environment, ensuring the seamless integration of HUMINT support to enhance operational effectiveness. Leveraging your expertise in the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, Disseminate (F3EAD) targeting methodology, you will deliver actionable intelligence that is vital to mission success. Responsibilities:

As a HUMINT Targeting Analyst (OSINT Focused) at CACI, you will be responsible for leveraging open-source intelligence to build networks and identify critical nodes to support operational approaches. Your role will involve developing actionable intelligence that predicts target movements in time and space. You will represent JCOG in partnered environments, requiring effective communication with partners, unit members, and forward-deployed elements. Additionally, you will be tasked with delivering cables, analysis, targeting packages, and briefings to unit and partner leadership. You must be prepared to work long hours, including nights and weekends, depending on operational requirements. Seamlessly integrating with JCOG personnel to ensure non-disruptive mission execution and maintaining unit norms will be critical to your success in this role.

Qualifications:

Required:
  • Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
  • Proficiency with relevant IC tools and databases
  • Conduct OSINT collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources to identify patterns and intelligence requirements.
  • Proven experience in special operations and the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, Disseminate (F3EAD) targeting methodology.
  • Previous experience providing Human Intelligence (HUMINT) support to operations.
  • Experience working with partners in a partnered environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to deliver cables, analysis, targeting packages, and briefings to unit and partner leadership.
  • Willingness to work long hours, including nights and weekends, based on operational requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and more than five years of experience, or an associate's degree and seven years of experience, or ten years of work experience.


Desired:
  • Completion of The NERD OSINT Course, which provides specialized military-accredited training for intelligence analysts, covering advanced open-source research methods, digital forensics, and investigative techniques.
  • Deep understanding of special operations and the F3EAD targeting methodology.
  • More than ten years of experience conducting network analysis in support of attack the network operations - including counter-facilitation and counter-finance.
  • Minimum five years' experience providing analytical support to one or more SOF units or commands.
  • Minimum two years of experience in forward deployed locations supporting SOF.
  • Experience providing direct analytical support to operations and providing analytical and targeting support to deployed SOF elements.
  • Expert understanding of Intel-related databases such as MOSAIC, DX SIGINT database, GAP Analytics, FADE/MIST.
  • Expert understanding of Intel targeting tools such as the SKOPE toolset
  • Practical understanding of geospatial Intel tools such as ArcGIS and ISPY.
  • Must be able to work independently with limited oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
