Location: Various On-Site Locations in the Annapolis Junction area
Junior- to senior-level positions are available.
Enable mission teams to deliver, operate, and scale CNO capabilities with speed, resilience, and security.
You'll at the intersection of software engineering, systems engineering, and operations, providing the DevOps foundations that power offensive and defensive cyber operations.

What You’ll Do
Design, deploy, and sustain cloud, on‑prem, and hybrid infrastructure supporting CNO software and mission systems.
Build, secure, and operate CI/CD pipelines for CNO software, analytics, and platform services.
Automate system provisioning, configuration, and compliance using infrastructure‑as‑code practices.
Operate and harden Linux‑based systems, including containerized, GPU‑accelerated, and high‑performance computing environments.
Collaborate with CNO software and systems engineers on architecture, scalability, performance, and reliability tradeoffs.
Implement observability, monitoring, and incident response practices to maintain mission readiness.
Support system accreditation, security controls, and operational sustainment throughout the lifecycle.
Participate in on‑site operational support and system troubleshooting in mission environments.
What You’ll Need
Experience in DevOps, platform engineering, systems engineering, or infrastructure engineering supporting complex systems.
Strong background with Linux system administration and/or cloud infrastructure operations.
Familiarity with AWS and/or Azure, virtualization technologies, and hybrid cloud environments.
Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, or container platforms.
Ability to troubleshoot and stabilize production systems under real operational constraints.
Interest in long‑term ownership of platform reliability, security, and performance in mission contexts.
Experience & Education
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field required with a minimum of 3 yars' (junior-level), 8 years' (mid-level), or 12 years' (senior-level) career experience in DevOps engineering, CNO systems engineering, platform development, hybrid cloud infrastructure, software sustainment, or HPC/GPU‑enabled environments.
