The Opportunity
Join our dynamic team as a Systems Engineer at CACI! We are seeking passionate professionals to help us deploy, build, and maintain mission-critical applications for government clients. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in modern full-stack technologies and make a significant impact.
Once a year you will travel to one of our customer sites. This will be a 2 week technical trip where you meet with the customer, perform coding, and deliver code. Our customer sites include Hawaii, UK and Italy.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain applications on-premise, in hybrid environments, and in the cloud (AWS, Azure) across various domains.
- Innovate with dashboards and systems to support larger missions.
- Provide integration support for data and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Work within a matrix team of software, systems, and information assurance engineers.
- Ensure applications meet performance, security, and customer requirements as part of deployment.
- Provide administration, security, and other training to customers and support teams.
- Contribute to mission-critical projects that make a difference.
Qualifications
Required:
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of systems experience
- Recent hands-on full-stack development for CI/CD pipelines with DevSecOps
- Linux and Windows experience - enterprise and Cloud
- Experience with Python, Ansible, Bash, PowerShell, AWSCLI, CloudFormation, Terraform
- Hands-on experience in day-to-day systems admin, security, and accreditation tools and processes
- Experience in supporting and maintaining database platforms - SQL, PostGres, Oracle, etc.
- Security+ certification
Desired:
- CASP certification
- AWS certification (Associate) or Azure 900 for Software Developer
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools
- Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- CI/CD pipeline experience
- Additional database platforms
- Additional certifications or training in cybersecurity and cloud services
