Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Industrial Engineer to support multiple manufacturing programs in Camden, AR. This role focuses on improving factory efficiency, increasing throughput, and delivering strong results through Lean and continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll partner closely with cross‑functional teams to analyze processes, solve constraints, and support new products and production growth.
Key responsibilities:
Analyze factory operations using process flows, value stream maps, capacity models, and layout designs
Identify bottlenecks, balance lines, and improve labor and resource utilization
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methods to improve cost, quality, safety, and delivery
Support factory layouts, simulations, and capacity planning
Lead or support projects tied to new products, new contracts, and factory improvements
Collaborate across engineering, operations, and leadership teams
Basic qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of related experience, or a Master’s degree with 5+ years
Strong experience working in a Lean manufacturing environment
Project or team leadership experience with shop-floor and leadership stakeholders
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance
Valid driver’s license
Nice to have:
Background in Industrial, Manufacturing, Operations, or Supply Chain disciplines
Factory layout, work cell design, simulation, or capacity analysis experience
Project management and change management experience
Experience with CAD, root cause analysis, Power BI, or Python
Strong communication and presentation skills
