Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Salary Range: $70 - $75/hr. on W2(Based on Exp.)

We are seeking talented C2BMC Systems Software Engineers to support the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) and contribute to the defense of our nation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, computer engineering, or computer science.
- 9 years of work-related engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree, 7 years with a Master's, or 4 years with a PhD.
- Ability to be cleared at TS/SCI. Top Secret clearance is required to start.
- Experience using analytical, collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with the Agile software development process.
- Experience with Java, or Java Spring.
- Prior work experience at client or in the client's industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Additional experience in defense or missile systems.
- Advanced knowledge of mathematical algorithms.
- Experience with integration and test processes, tools, and metrics.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Collaborate with industry partners to design and develop Java-based mathematical algorithms for C2BMC.
- Support the full software development lifecycle, including generating design artifacts, implementing software changes, and supporting design and code reviews.
- Participate in agile planning and execution using established processes.
- Develop software requirements and architecture for MDS systems.
- Execute and document integration and test activities and events.
