As a System Administrator at CyberPoint, you will support and maintain hybrid infrastructure environments spanning both on-premises systems and AWS cloud platforms. You'll play a key role in ensuring system reliability, scalability and security while leveraging automation to streamline operations.
This role requires strong experience across Windows and Linux administration, cloud infrastructure and configuration management tools. You'll work closely with engineering and operations teams to deploy, manage and optimize mission-critical systems.

What You'll Do
- Administer and support Windows Server 2019 and 2022 environments, including Active Directory, DNS and Certificate Authorities
- Manage Windows 10/11 client systems across enterprise environments
- Administer and troubleshoot Linux systems (rg RHEL 8/9, Amazon Linux 2023) within AWS
- Deploy, manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure, including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM and related services
- Support hybrid environments by maintaining both cloud-based and on-premises systems
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and configurations using SaltStack, Ansible, Bash and Python
- Implement infrastructure-as-code and configuration management practices to streamline provisioning and deployments
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency
- Support system patching, updates and security compliance across environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support mission and operational requirements
What You'll Need
- US Citizenship
- Active TS/SCI + Full Scope Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
- IAT Level II Certification (eg Security+, CE, CySA+ GSEC, SSCP or equivalent)
- Extensive experience administering:
- AWS cloud environments (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, etc)
- Windows Server 2019/2022 (Active Directory, DNS, PKI/Certificate Services)
- Linux Systems (RHEL 8/9, Amazon Linux 2023 or similar)
- Experience supporting hybrid (cloud + on-prem) infrastructure environments
- Strong experience with automation and configuration management tools:
- SaltStack
- Ansible
- Bash
- Python
- Experience managing Windows 10/11 client systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills across systems, infrastructure and cloud environments
What Will Set You Apart
- Experience designing and optimizing AWS environments for performance and scalability
- Strong background in infrastructure automation and DevOps practices
- Experience with security hardening and compliance in cloud environments
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools in AWS or hybrid environments
- Ability to lead infrastructure improvements and mentor junior administrators
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering and operations teams
