We are looking to add two mid level/senior DevOps Engineers to our team in Colorado Springs onsite off of Space Center Drive. The engineers will automate and manage cloud-native infrastructure, deploying and orchestrating containerized microservices using Docker, Kubernetes, OpenStack, and AWS within a classified environment. You will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab, develop automation scripts in Python and Linux shell, and monitor system performance and health using enterprise tools such as Nagios. The role also includes troubleshooting complex deployment workflows and optimizing infrastructure to ensure reliable, secure, and mission-ready system performance.
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Work Schedule: Onsite, 9/80 schedule
Clearance Required: TS/SCI
Experience Level: 5+ years
Requirements:
• Experience with automating cloud native technologies, deploying applications, and provisioning critical infrastructure
• Experience with microservices and distributed application architecture, such as containers, Kubernetes, and/or serverless technology
• Experience working within the OpenStack cloud ecosystem to configure and deploy optimized infrastructure
• Experience monitoring and health of the resources deployed via Nagios or other enterprise management solutions
• Experience troubleshooting complex/automated configuration and deployment processes
• Linux tools/automation and shell scripting
• Python
• AWS
• OpenStack Management
• Docker containerization and K8s orchestration
• CI/CD with Jenkins or GitLab
