CACI is looking for a Program Analyst who will support the Program Executive Office for Aircraft Carriers on-site in Washington, DC. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the administration side of planning, scheduling, and messaging to the Navy for Aircraft Carrier Modernization Availabilities. Responsibilities:
As the PEO Aircraft Carriers In-Service Modernization Program Analyst Support for PMS 312E, the candidate shall:
- Interface with the In-Service Carrier Modernization Life Cycle Management Teams.
- Prepare reports for meetings, conferences and summits, as required.
- Provide coordination and integration of PMS 312 office operations across PMS 312 codes upon directives/guidance from PEO CV Front Office, PMS 312 PM/DPM, NAVSEA policy, etc.
- Assist the government team in addressing and responding to complex inquiries, usually on short notice, that potentially require multiple sources of data.
- Assist in carrying out daily tasks associated with the development, direction, and continuity of policies, programs, and operations.
- Collaborate with the Program Office staff (internal and external stakeholders) to ensure program deliverables are accurate, developed for senior leadership review, and submitted on time IAW schedule requirements.
- Track and assist in the resolution of Action Items related to the Modernization Team.
- Produce Travel Orders.
- Assist in meeting preparation/ take meeting minutes as required.
- Attend meetings as required.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to program Modernization Managers
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure communication of Modernization efforts across the Navy
- Develop Plan of Actions and Milestones for Aircraft Carrier Maintenance activities
- Finalize briefings, correspondence, issue papers, naval messages, memoranda and other methods of communication
- Assist in the development of Liaison Action Record responses and interface, as required, with activities/codes involved in developing, or concurring in responses.
- Provide disposition tracking for all Action Items as required, with activity/code involved in developing, or concurring in response
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- 5+ or more years of related or applicable work experience
- Ability to interface efficiently with team members and technical leads.
- Strong attention to detail; Administrative skills and highly organized.
- Possesses good verbal and written communication, interpersonal, problem solving, analytical, detail oriented, and organization skills.
- Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Current and active Secret clearance
Desired:
- DoD experience.
- Active-Duty Aircraft Carrier experience a plus.
- NAVSEA experience a plus.
- Aircraft Carrier Modernization knowledge or experience is a plus.
