The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced Office Manager supporting the Army DCS, G-6, Network Command, Control, Communications, and Computers (C4) Services Integration (NC4SI) Directorate to provide high-level technical, information management, and executive services to the NC4SI Director (Army 2-Star General Officer) and staff. The successful candidate will manage a high-tempo front office, ensuring seamless operations across multiple sites and maintaining strict Army standards for all executive actions at The Pentagon, Washington D.C. and Ft. Belvoir, VA.

The Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director's complex schedule, prioritizing appointments and ensuring synchronization across the staff. Provide administrative support for conferences, training, and events.
- Lead the processing of senior-level tasks via the Enterprise Task Management Software Solution Tool (ETMS2). Track initiatives, programs, and critical tasks to ensure timely signature and completion.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Command Group and action offices. Ensure all executive correspondence meets Army standards. Maintain administrative policies, records management, and distribution protocols.
- Utilize SharePoint and KM tools to maintain common operational pictures. Coordinate with the IT Helpdesk and manage front-office website services.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 7+ years of professional management or supervisory experience, preferably within a military or DoD environment.
- Expertise in staff action package review, VTC coordination, and visitor reception/escort.
- Advanced skills in SharePoint and ETMS2 (or similar tasking systems).
- Mastery of Army correspondence standards and professional executive-level reporting.
- Must possess an active Secret Clearance.
Desired:
- Experience working on the Headquarters, Department of the Army Staff.
- Executive level presence and executive level (GO/FO/SES) engagement experience.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills to effectively interact with team members, customers, and business partners.
- Understanding of Army operational tempo.
