Job Description
The candidate will serve as the Corporate Physical Security Specialist for Radiance Technologies unclassified, collateral, SAP, and SCI areas, and will serve as the alternate Communications Security (COMSEC) custodian responsible for all aspects of COMSEC across collateral, SAP, and SCI programs.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the design, construction and management of unclassified, classified areas and open storage areas under the 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM.
- Responsible for the preparation and updates to DCSA-147's as necessary.
- Responsible for the development of physical security policy and procedures and incorporation into the corporate Standard Practices and Procedures (SPP).
- Manage the local and remote sites Intrusion Detection System (IDS), Access Control System (ACS), Closed-circuit television (CCTV) and badging systems.
- Coordinate required IDS equipment, UL2050 certification and response tests.
- Provide after-hours alarm response and coordination as required.
- Develop and present physical security training.
- Manage the printing of facility badges, verify accesses, assign IDS profiles and PINS, and provide room access through the ACS system.
- Manage, control, and inventory keys and combinations for unclassified and classified areas and containers.
- Support program management with real-time input and foresight of COMSEC and physical security needs for projects or initiatives to include physical security requirements, hardware identifications, timelines, costs, and anticipated barriers with mitigation strategies for local Radiance and remote sites.
- Responsible for the receipt, acquisition, custody, inventorying, safeguarding, accounting, and destruction of all COMSEC items.
- Responsible for the maintenance of up-to-date COMSEC records and submission of required accounting reports.
- Conduct NSA and customer COMSEC self-inspections, annual inspections, and audits.
- Conduct COMSEC and Cryptographic briefings and training.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of COMSEC Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Collaborate with Security Representatives, Program Management, Information Technology, and Information Assurance representatives to install and maintain secure network connections.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience reading and interpreting construction blueprints
- Active TS/SCI
Required Skills:
- Experience with the ICD 705 life-cycle process including Experience with the ICD 705 life-cycle process
- Working knowledge of NSA/CSS Policy Manual 3-16, DIAS, Electronic Key Management System (EKMS), NSA Destruction Policies.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with DSS-147.
- Working knowledge of TACLANE, DTD, Loading crypto, OTA transfers, KSV rekeying, and other COMSEC devices.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment, with a focus on customer service and high regard to details and processes
- Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to travel to support branch and off-site offices
Required Experience:
- 3+ years of related experience in industrial security
- Active Top Secret security clearance
