Job Summary:

The Systems Engineering and Test Center's Life Cycle Engineering Directorate is responsible for ensuring products are safe, reliable, maintainable, and delivered on time across their entire lifecycle-from concept development through validation, integration, and long-term sustainment. Life Cycle Engineering comprises multiple disciplines that support engineering, program offices, and customers, with a focus on product support areas including reliability, system safety, and supportability. Within this environment, serves as a Government Furnished Property Manager with expertise in inventory control, logistics support, and compliance with federal property regulations.

What You Will Do:

Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities is conducting a search for a Government Furnished Material Manager based at Raytheon's Tucson, AZ facility. In this role, you'll directly support the Program Sustainment Manager on StormBreaker and will work in cross-functional teams to execute awarded delivery orders. Domestic & International travel may be required - limited durations (approximately 10% domestic and 10% international). Additional responsibilities related to overall support of the day-to-day activities for successful program execution will include:
  • Maintain full lifecycle accountability of Government Furnished Property (GFP), ensuring accurate inventory control and traceability of all assets in preparing documentation, reports and response related to internal and external inventories
  • Manage and update property records within automated accountability systems, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness
  • Conduct routine and annual physical inventories, reconciling discrepancies and implementing corrective actions as required
  • Ensure compliance with federal acquisition regulations (FAR), DFARS, and government property management standards
  • Provide logistics support to mission operations, aligning asset availability with program and customer requirements
  • Coordinate the receipt, storage, issuance, and disposition of government-furnished equipment in accordance with contractual obligations to include all StormBreaker GFP and Life-Time Buy Material
  • Collaborate with military personnel, government representatives, and contractor teams to support operational readiness and mission success
  • Analyze inventory trends and performance metrics to identify risks, improve processes, and enhance asset visibility across the program


Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
  • Experience with Government Furnished Material and/or Inventory Management.
  • Active and transferrable final U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain program access after start. US citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.


Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Experience with PRISM.
  • Understanding of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS).
  • Understanding of Contractor Acquired Material (CAM), Government Furnish Property and depot hardware handling and transportation requirements.
  • Proposals/Estimating and/or Basis of Estimates (BOEs) experience.
  • Experience with Cost Reduction Strategy and Constraints Management.
  • Familiarity with LOKI, CABs and Microsoft Suite.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
