Job Description

As Sr. Product Manager III, you'll brr managing the product lifecycle, assisting with IT program management, and probably most importantly, helping to market the product to external DIE stakeholders. Days and tasks will vary in focus, but expect significant client facing activity, helping to manage priorities and advise on the best path forward.

What you'll do:

The CDF Sr. Product Manager will be a combination or hybrid role, to combine elements of product management, IT program management, and stakeholder relationship management:
  • Product Management - will work with the Product Owner and government clients to help manage direction of the product, requirements and tradeoffs, and help advise and guide the team on how the product will move forward.
  • IT Program Management - will work with the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manger to help lead a team of ~65 FTEs, provide people and task leadership, assist with internal and client reporting and other program management related activities.
  • Client relationship and stakeholder management - will leverage experience and understanding of client environment to help market and promote the product and ultimately drive adoption of the product with both producers and consumers (of data) across the DIE.

What you'll need to succeed:
  • Active TS/SCI w/CI Polygraph clearance
  • 8-10 years of IT program management experience
  • 8-10 years of experience supporting the DoW or Intel community
  • Significant experience managing an IT product lifecycle for a Federal Gov't client


SALARY RANGE: $170,000 - $216,000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:
  • The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
  • The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
  • Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
  • This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
    • Performance-based bonuses
    • Company-paid training and/or certifications
    • Referral bonuses
