The Opportunity:
CACI has an exciting opportunity for experienced ELINT analysts to support the engineering analysis of foreign weapon systems, radar systems, and emerging technologies.
We are seeking experts to support the technical exploitation of foreign radar systems and subcomponents. You will assess scientific and technical capabilities, forecast future capabilities and battlefield effectiveness, and create high-fidelity models and simulations of systems.
Join our team as we drive all-source collection, apply research, and deliver highly technical intelligence on emerging and disruptive technologies, helping customers assess current threats and forecast future threats on some of the nation's most challenging missions.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct research and support written assessments on capabilities and advancements of foreign radar technologies
• Perform ELINT system analysis using GALE and FADE/MIST on radars within area of responsibility
• Support and operate test equipment for special events, and evaluation and validation to improve analytical accuracy
• Brief government customers on analytic findings and provide technically sound recommendations to optimize radar model fidelity and veracity
• Analyze systems and developing technologies in countries of interest
• Contribute to all-source assessments, RFIs, and briefings in compliance with ICD 203 and ICD 206 tradecraft standards
• Evaluate unique mission areas requiring creative solutions using a variety of tools and databases
• Provide feedback to improve ELINT tasking and produce tuning updates for national processors
• Assist in driving collection to address intelligence gaps
• Document findings in modeling tools, databases, and written assessments
Qualifications:
Required
• Intermediate level proficiency in GALE 5 or FADE/MIST
• Intelligence Community (IC) background and joint-level service experience (strongly preferred)
• Signal processing experience and comprehensive understanding of the electromagnetic spectrum and mathematics (strongly preferred)
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in STEM from an accredited institution and/or 5+ years of radar analysis experience (strongly preferred)
• Ability to work in diverse team environment
• Willingness and ability to travel as mission requires (required)
• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (required)
