Role Overview

The Technical Targeter / TDNA will support mission operations by combining technical network analysis with target development activities. This role focuses on identifying, analyzing, and developing targets through deep understanding of network infrastructure, digital environments, and adversary behavior. The position bridges technical analysis and operational targeting to support mission planning and execution.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct technical analysis of networks, systems, and digital environments to identify targeting opportunities
  • Develop and maintain target profiles using multiple data sources
  • Perform network mapping, infrastructure analysis, and pattern identification
  • Correlate technical data with intelligence reporting to support target development
  • Support mission planning by identifying vulnerabilities, access points, and operational pathways
  • Work with analysts, engineers, and operators to refine targeting strategies
  • Produce documentation and reporting to support operational decision-making
  • Maintain awareness of adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
Required Experience
  • Experience in technical targeting, network analysis, or digital network intelligence (TDNA)
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, infrastructure, and system architecture
  • Experience analyzing data from multiple intelligence or technical sources
  • Experience supporting operational or mission-driven environments
  • Ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights
  • Active TS/SCI CI -POLY Clearance
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in cyber operations, SIGINT, or CNO environments
  • Experience with network analysis tools and data visualization platforms
  • Familiarity with targeting methodologies and lifecycle processes
  • Experience working with large data sets and correlation tools
  • Prior experience supporting DoD or IC mission environments
