The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Our Raytheon Logistics organization is looking for an independent, self-motivated Program Planning Lead/Coordinator located at the Merrimack, NH facility.
What You Will Do
- Support the flow of goods and services to meet customer and Program Management Office (PMO) schedule requirements.
- In the absence of the planning lead, be the logistics point of contact for the program customer and the program office for the purpose of addressing program logistic status, issues and concerns.
- Support the daily logistics requirements and requests of their respective program (s) to include the creation of activity logs in ALCS and may include providing and working with Program leads, quality, warehouse and other support requirements for the purpose of meeting program schedules and objectives to include contractual sell off requirements with Quality and DCMA.
- Attend program related meetings and support the collection of data and metrics to aid in logistics budget and EAC analysis.
- Work independently on moderately complex problems with moderate oversight and direction to facilitate their program requirement activities. Priorities may require overtime to accomplish the task
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be willing to work in a warehouse environment when required
