Job Description
The Judge Group is currently seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst with an active secret clearance to support a federal agency based out of Washington, DC. Candidates must live within the Washington, DC metro area. This is a full time, direct hire position.
In this role, you will lead the requirements gathering and process design for our federal agency clients. In this role, you will act as the critical bridge between federal business stakeholders and our technical development teams. You will be responsible for translating complex mission requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions, ensuring compliance with federal standards, and maintaining the highest quality of data in our backlog.

Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe PO/PM).Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate).Experience working in a federal government environment, particularly within DOS.Strong knowledge of ITIL v4 foundation best practices.

Qualifications:
- Active Secret Clearance Required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- ServiceNow
- Certified System Administrator or equivalent certifications.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years working with ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
- Proven experience working in the federal contracting space (DoD, DHS, or Civilian agencies).
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).Proficiency in process mapping and requirements documentation.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Glide API) and dashboard/report creation.
- Familiarity with SQL and data analysis techniques.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
