Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph within the last 7 years to be considered.
Summary:
• Develop and test complex software systems, focusing on algorithm design and dataflow implementation.
• Engage in full-stack and micro-services development across multiple programming languages.
• Implement modern software engineering principles, including Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices.
• Utilize a robust set of tools for development, containerization, CI/CD, and project management.
Qualifications & Compensation:
Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Years of experience: 7+ years
Salary: $214k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Develop, test, and maintain complex software systems, including sophisticated algorithm and dataflow components.
• Perform full-stack and micro-services development utilizing Java, Javascript, Python, and C++.
• Implement and adhere to Agile/Scrum methodologies throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Design and manage DevOps pipelines, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Leverage containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes for scalable deployments.
• Manage source code and collaboration using Git and Gitlab.
• Utilize project management and documentation tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Apply expertise in Web Services to build robust and efficient system integrations.
• Experience with Jenkins/Hudson for automation.
• Desired experience with cloud services, particularly AWS.
• Desired proficiency with database systems, including PostgreSQL.
• Desired familiarity with Go and Rust programming languages.
• Desired experience with front-end frameworks like Vue.js.
• Desired experience with data storage and analytics tools such as MinIO, Clickhouse, and Graphite.
• Possible 1 day per week telework - as tasking permits
