Summary:
• Manage and execute comprehensive system and network engineering plans, ensuring robust network performance and reliability.
• Provide extensive technical support across network design, testing, debugging, and integration of diverse products.
• Lead network engineering and implementation efforts, proactively resolving system failures and ensuring operational continuity.
• Oversee project management activities, including documentation and stakeholder engagement, to drive successful project outcomes.
Qualifications & Compensation:
Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Years of experience: 4+ years
Salary: $171k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive system and network engineering plans.
• Monitor and maintain network facilities, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure continuous operation.
• Provide advanced technical support for network design, testing, and debugging activities.
• Analyze complex technical projects and seamlessly integrate multi-vendor products into existing infrastructures.
• Deliver expert network engineering and implementation support, promptly addressing and resolving system failures.
• Oversee all aspects of project management, including meticulous documentation and tracking.
• Facilitate effective stakeholder meetings, ensuring clear communication and successful project progression.
• Apply expertise in Systems Engineering and Program Management principles.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Communications/Technical Writing for documentation and reporting.
• Utilize strong Systems Administration skills for both Linux and Windows environments.
• Work with core technologies including Linux, CISCO Routers, VMWare, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Experience with Oracle and Solaris systems.
• Implement and maintain System Security measures.
• Leverage tools such as Splunk for monitoring and analysis.
• Apply project methodologies including Kanban and Agile/Scrum, utilizing JIRA and Redmine.
• Engage in Software Development tasks as required.
