The journey begins here - with Global- a 1st Flagship Company, where we are currently looking for a HR Specialist to join our team.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Serve as the on-site HR point of contact, providing professional support to employees and leadership
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including scheduling, documentation, and system access
  • Maintain accurate personnel records, training logs, and HR documentation in compliance with company and contract requirements
  • Support payroll and timekeeping processes, including auditing timesheets and tracking employee changes
  • Assist with employee relations matters, gathering information and escalating appropriately
  • Coordinate training schedules and compliance tracking
  • Support recruiting efforts, including job postings, applicant tracking, and interview coordination
  • Track and schedule performance reviews and evaluations
  • Assist with benefits inquiries and open enrollment support, escalating complex issues as needed
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company HR requirements, including required postings and reporting
  • Provide general administrative support including reporting, correspondence, and office coordination
What You'll Need to Succeed:

Minimum:
  • Associate degree
  • 2+ years of administrative or HR-related experience (government or industrial environment preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance and DBIDS access

Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience supporting HR functions (onboarding, records, scheduling)
  • Experience in a government, military, or union environment
