About the Role: Software Engineer
We're looking for a Software Engineer who is passionate about building, enhancing, and modernizing complex software systems. In this role, you'll research, design, and deploy innovative solutions that directly support operational missions.

Key Responsibilities
• Build next-generation tools and applications using modern languages, frameworks, and libraries
• Enhance and optimize existing systems to improve performance, scalability, and user experience
• Modernize legacy systems by integrating cutting-edge technologies and frameworks
• Collaborate with mission-driven teams to deliver impactful, real-world solutions
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• 5-10 years of hands-on software development experience
• Experience with full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and delivering production-quality code
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Python
• Experience with web servers, databases, and backend development
• Understanding of network protocols and system architecture
• Active TS/SCI clearance
Preferred Qualifications
• Security+ certification or willingness to obtain
• Experience with Spring Boot, Maven, and Gradle
• Knowledge of Python libraries, Docker files, Kubernetes, Helm, and Message Brokers.
