Overview: This Asset and Space Management Analyst/Software License Manager will be maintaining and overseeing the office’s software inventory, managing license renewals, and processing acquisitions for new software. The role also involves coordinating workspace assignments, tracking personnel seating, and providing recommendations to optimize both software and space resources. This position ensures operational efficiency and compliance with organizational policies across software and facilities management.
Qualifications:
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
Bachelors Degree and 8+ years of experience (12+ in lieu of degree)
An asset and space management analyst/Software license manager will create, organize, and manage the office's current software inventory and provide recommendations on the renewal acquisition.
The asset and space management analyst/Software license manager will process the documentation needed for the purchase of new software and the renewal licenses.
Also, the asset and Space manager will work with the front office personnel in monitoring and managing the seating for personnel assigned to the contract
