Waypoint's client is seeking a Senior CIO Support Staff to support enterprise IT strategy, governance, and portfolio management within a mission-focused federal environment. This role provides senior-level support to leadership by aligning IT initiatives with mission priorities through enterprise architecture, financial oversight, and governance frameworks.
The selected candidate will provide strategic insight, oversee portfolio performance, and support decision-making across enterprise IT programs.

Responsibilities:
- Lead support for IT portfolio management and governance activities.
- Apply frameworks such as FITARA, FISMA, and UAF to ensure compliance and alignment.
- Provide oversight of program performance, financial planning, and resource allocation.
- Conduct advanced data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Support cybersecurity and compliance initiatives aligned with NIST frameworks.
- Support federal acquisition and procurement processes, including FAR and NAM.
- Develop executive-level briefings, reports, and strategic recommendations.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
- Extensive experience in IT portfolio management, enterprise architecture, or IT governance.
- Experience with federal frameworks such as FITARA, FISMA, and NIST.
- Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and program analysis.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Experience supporting federal or IC environments.
Desired:
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSP.
- Experience with tools such as MS Project, ServiceNow, Power BI, and SharePoint.
- Experience supporting federal acquisition processes (FAR, NAM).
- Experience supporting executive-level decision-making and governance boards.
