We’re supporting a mission-critical U.S. Army program modernizing how mission command systems are deployed, secured, and sustained across contested environments. As an Electronics Engineer III, you’ll be at the center of integrating the Command Post Computing Environment (CPCE) into modern tactical network architectures—helping transition the Army from legacy, waterfall systems to an Agile, CI/CD-driven operational model. Your work will enable converged mission command applications (fires, logistics, intel) to operate reliably, securely, and at speed. What You’ll Do Integrate Tactical Server Infrastructure (TSI v2/v3) hardware supporting CPCE deployments Support mission command convergence across a common operating environment Enable quarterly Agile capability drops, ensuring hardware/software interoperability Evaluate network performance in System Integration Lab (SIL) and representative fielded environments Conduct cyber and technical risk assessments in DDIL and contested conditions Collaborate with Army leadership to translate operational requirements into deployable technical solutions What We’re Looking For 6+ years of tactical network or electronics engineering experience Strong background in LAN/VLAN design, routing, multicast, and virtualization Hands-on experience with server-based architectures, network analysis tools (Wireshark/Sniffer), and tactical comms Understanding of RF and end-to-end voice/data transmission Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience) Active Secret clearance If you’re ready to apply deep technical expertise to real-world mission command challenges, this is the role where your engineering directly impacts operational success. 📩 Apply today or reach out to learn more.
