Job Description:
The All Source Intelligence Analyst performs tasks and meets deadlines required to support the United States Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC) G-2, G-22 Team Lead, Uniformed Team Lead, Site Lead, and assigned mentor through managing and driving of analytic requirements for the Area of Responsibility (AOR). All Source Intelligence Analyst (Mid) shall integrate data from diverse intelligence disciplines, including SIGINT, MASINT, GEOINT, IMINT, OSINT, and HUMINT. Continuously monitor reporting and threat streams throughout a designated Area of Responsibility (AOR) and produce predictive and current finished intelligence products and coordinate all analytical products for dissemination.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Define critical intelligence topics, initiate comprehensive research efforts, and analyze intelligence information to assess developments, trends, and threat implications to Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC) and U.S. interests in the specified AOR
  • Prepare, present, and defend positions on analytic assessments through written products and concise briefings (specifically addressing the Bottom Line Up Front (BLUF) and the significance to MARSOC/U.S. interests as a whole)
  • Drive analytic assessment and production requirements leveraging the full spectrum of intelligence disciplines across the Intelligence Community (IC)
  • Network within the IC and DoD to establish new contacts to collaborate with on compatible topics via VTCs/email exchanges
  • Lead and mentor the team daily to further develop all source analysis, verbal and written communication, and critical thinking skills
  • Ensure the team performs tasks and meet deadlines required to support G-2, Team Lead of G-22, Uniformed Team Lead, Site Lead, and Assigned Mentor
  • Be responsible for team members' professional development, standards of performance, product development, team composition, relationship building, and responsiveness to taskings
  • Develop new initiatives with the team to enhance strategic understanding of priority intelligence issues in the AOR

Required Qualifications:
  • 10 years' experience as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst, Multi Source Analyst, or Fusion Analyst
  • Demonstrate competency, leadership, and teambuilding skills in executing various tasks
  • Demonstrate flexibility in working with a great degree of ambiguity and disciplined enough to work on several initiatives at once
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to convey complex findings in a succinct manner to consumers
  • Must have strong briefing skills and competency in presenting information to customer personnel in a professional manner
  • Demonstrate flexibility and discipline to work on several tasks at once
  • Demonstrate the ability to identify and understand strategic intelligence gaps in the AOR
  • Demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate findings in a clear and concise manner to the customer both written and oral
  • Must show ability to present information to customer personnel in a professional manner in different settings, i.e. briefings, emails

Education Requirements:
  • High School or Equivalent

Physical, Work Environment & Conditions:
  • Must be able to sit or stand at a workstation for extended periods.
  • Occasional standing while working in server rooms or at patch panels.
  • Must be able to view computer screens for long periods.
  • Ability to distinguish color-coded cabling and indicator lights.
  • Must be able to climb ladders or crawl in tight spaces for cable runs or equipment installation.
  • May require walking between different buildings or workstations.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with technical teams and end-users.
  • May need to hear alarms, server beeps, or equipment noises indicating issues
